Dev is surprised to see a flute and a note written by Radhika stating Krishan Kanhaiya. Dev lovingly holds Radhika's hand. Radhika wishes Dev on his birthday.
Next morning, Radhika prays to kanha to shower his blessing on Dev. However, she is in for a shock when the diya lit before the idol falls.
Barkha also wishes Dev on his birthday and tells him and Radhika that she has organized a grand event in the evening.
Padma informs Dev and other family members that the lawyer was going to come to the Purohit house to Dev and Barkha signatures on the will of Rajpurohit. Padma warns everybody that the lawyer should not learn that Dev was actually married to Radhika.
Barkha and Dev sign the documents brought by the lawyer. The lawyer declares that according to the will the entire property was in the name of the ‘Choti Bahu' of the Purohit house.
The Mathadhish welcomes Dev and Barkha and tells them that they had to light a special diya together in the memory of their ancestors. This ritual had to be performed in the absence of any third person in the room. He also announces that post the ceremony the couple would spend time in the divya kuteer.
Dev and Barkha leave to light the diya while Radhika stands there dejected. Dev assures Barkha that Radhika would manage to come to the room in time and perform the ritual with him.

Choti Bahu is the love saga of two soul mates Dev (played by Avinash Sachdev) and Radhika (played by Muskaan Uppal). Avinash Sachdev, Muskaan Uppal, Rakesh Pandey, Chayan Trivedi, Pragati Mehra, Sushmita Daan, Gopi Desai, Aditya Lakhia, Garima Shrivastav and Apurva Agnihotri star in the serial.
Radhika, a Brahmin by birth, was adopted and brought up by a family of weavers in a small town called Rawal. Dev, whose family has been in the service of Rajpurohits for generations, visits Rawal as a child on the occasion of Radhashtami. Dev and Radhika meet each other and become good friends. Radhika and Dev are declared married by a pandit after they unknowingly follow the wedding rituals while attending a mass marriage ceremony.
Maheshwari (played by Pragati Mehra), the eldest bahu of the Purohits, hopes to inherit Dadaji's property. However, her plans hit a snag when Maheshwari realizes that Dadji has willed all his property is in the name of Choti Bahu.
Undeterred, Maheshwari decides to find a docile girl for Rohan (played by Sourav Chakraborty). Maheshwari plans to own the property by controlling and manipulating the Choti Bahu and to this end chooses Radhika for Rohan. Destiny brings Dev and Radhika together after 12 years, when he returns to Rawal to find out about Radhika, Rohan's bride.
Will Dev recognize Radhika? Will Radhika marry Dev or Rohan? Will Radhika become the Choti Bahu of Purohit House?
