Assuming you have the talent and the right equipment (both necessary prerequisites), I would start by setting up an on-line gallery and trying to sell the photos that way. Chances are you won't sell much, but that's not the point. Once you've put yourself out there as a professional and have a catalog of work that can be easily accessed (low-res, of course), then you can market your work to galleries, publishing houses and the like. Also, even before you get to that point, consult with an intellectual property attorney on how to copyright and protect your work. Good luck.
a good way to start is follow the seasons and start taking pictures of every thing you can ,by doing this you gain experience,then don't be afraid to you them and ask for opions then listen and learn by the time you get really good reviews,you already are a photographer
