How much data do you have? Are you going to use it for a mail merge because one problem right off is that you have differing numbers of lines. You can copy each Address box and then "paste special" and choose "transpose" which will do that immediately but if you have a ton of data it will be a pain. It can get really complicated like here:
You CAN in fact, use copy/paste special for this. Make sure you have a a column A with what you will use as column headings (insert/column) if you need. Let's assume that you have separated out the date so that there is Name, Address1, Address2, City/State, and ZIP. Create those "headings" in column A to the left of your data in the column you inserted. Next, select rows 1 through 5 completely (by dragging down on the numbers, not in the cells) then select edit/copy (or however you like to copy). Then click below the data and select Edit/Paste Special. Check off the transpose box, and click OK. Your data will be as you want. When your data is in its new place, you can delete the ROWS that contain the original copy of the data. Good luck.
